Jeff is investing in local startups and seeking companies in Fintech and Robotics. He spent long term residences in 6 countries, including 5 years in Asia. In the past, Jeff has closed OEM with major IT companies, set up distribution channels in several continents for 3Com and Plaintree Systems, infused life to his startups like BlueArc and bpoFnA. He is President with Sales Lead Source, USA prior to which he was a Regional partner of Faster Capital. He studied at Lycee Francais de Barcelona. Jeff speaks English, French and Spanish.

Parwez Jugoo
Parwez is ex-Group Legal Counsel for Airtel Africa that acquired assets of Zain Telecom in Africa. Currently with Benoit Chambers, leading company law, financial services, and commercial litigation set in Mauritius. He was the ex-CEO of MADACOM, Madagascar, S.A; PWC in Mauritius, Ex-Legal Counsel with Celtel and Zain (MTC group). He acted as legal adviser to a couple of large telecom multi-nationals and in this capacity he participated in numerous bids for telecoms licences worldwide and was part of M&A teams during major transactions in those telecom groups. He has acted as legal advisor to the Distacom Group that owned Orange (now PCCW) in Hong Kong, Spice Telecom in India and MADACOM S.A. in Madagascar. Parwez advised GSM licence bids in Ivory Coast, DRC, Mayotte, Comoros, Anjouan, Mauritius, South Africa and Lebanon.
He was a pupil of Lord Marks QC of the Inner Temple, England, and of Nicolas Sorensen of the Barreau d’Aix-en-Provence, France.
He has an advanced Management course from London Business School. Parwez is excellent in English and French.

Mohan Gopal
Mohan is an Indian professional living in Japan for 26 years. His work experience spans several industries, roles and countries. Mohan was one of the pioneers of Indian software business in Japan. Mohan was a member of Rotary International's GSE program in 1986. He has also been featured by the Nikkei Shimbun, Duda magazine, and Nikkei Solution Business magazine in Japan. Mohan is also a visiting faculty at a Japanese university in Tokyo. Mohan graduated in Agricultural Engineering with a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur) in 1982 and with a post-graduate diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) in 1984. Mohan has lived in multi-cultural environments since childhood and is multi-lingual. English, Japanese, Hindi, Tamil. He has a basic grounding in Bulgarian, Finnish, French, German and Russian.
